A well-made roast is a thing of beauty. Share this with your family or over a dinner party with the guarantee this baby will come out just the way you like it. Our Ribeye Roast is either 150days or 200days, and comes in 1KG/2KG vacuum-sealed portions (larger sizes are available upon request).

To Keep: Store refrigerated (not frozen) in the sealed pouch for up to 21 days while retaining freshness. If opened, keep it in the fridge for a couple of days max. 

To Eat: Leave pouch out to get to room temperature and fire up in the oven for 25-30MINS. Detailed guidelines are provided with the delivery of each product and are also online (scroll down).

Keep vacuum-sealed pouch refrigerated @ 1-5°C until the use by date on the front.

Remove the pouch from the refrigerator and leave out to sit @ room temperature for at least 60MINS prior to cooking.

*Tip: Cold meat does not heat up evenly, so make sure it’s close to room temperature prior to heating.

Preheat the Oven for 10-15MINS to 250°C on FAN-FORCED.

*Tip: If Oven does not get that hot, amend to a longer finishing time with lower heat.

Cut off the butcher string, discard the bone guards on the tips and gently pat dry all around with a paper towel to remove all of the excess moisture.

*Tip: Reserve juices from the bag and reduce in a saucepan and slowly spoon into our homemade herb gravy.

When the Oven is hot, place the Beef meat side up on a tray and parchment paper and place onto the upper rack to cook until a crust starts to form (approx. 20-25MINS but monitor the timing as each Oven is different).

Once a crust has formed, allow the Beef to rest for a couple of minutes, serve with mustard, and you’re ready to go.

    The beef was exceptional! Got the ribeye roast and it was a definite crowd pleaser! I heated in oven for 30 mins and it came out great. Will order again!
