Created by the Founder, The JC Shredded Pulled Pork is infused with his secret blend of homemade rubs and spices, before cooking it low and slow. One of our more popular items, and also, the easiest to finish, eat it as it is, slather it on sandwiches or burgers, or just go crazy with it. The options are endless!

* Request for larger portions / Non-shredded option is subjected to lead time *
To Keep: Store refrigerated (not frozen) in sealed pouch for up to 21 days while retaining freshness. If opened, keep in fridge for a couple days max.

To Eat: Leave pouch out to get to room temperature and fire up in the Pan or Simmer in water. Detailed guidelines are provided with delivery of each product and is also online (scroll down).

I ordered this item for dinner one night and then I ordered it again for dinner the next night. The shredded pulled pork was tender, juicy, and super easy and straight forward to prepare. Most importantly, it was excellent to enjoy. Loved it!

The pulled pork was absolutely delicious and so easy to prepare. The team were also so helpful with coming up with a gluten free alternative sauce that my son could also enjoy!! I am saving and relishing the garlic aioli with virtually everything else that we are eating at home.

This JC’s Pulled Pork is da bomb! It’s super tender and juicy, very flavorful too. Really delicious! Very easy and quick to prepare, simply heat up in boiling water and it’s ready to serve. Love the potato buns too, a perfect match!
