Ciao bella! This is one of my favourites from Sousvidelicious and my wife’s favourite! I am too intimidated to even try making this from scratch but these guys make it so easy to cook and enjoy this rich hog roast with to die for crackling. With easy to follow instructions and a sharp knife, this meal is such a worthy dinner option for 2 or more people. You can even plan on leftovers, which make excellent sandwiches the next day. Definitely a weekend favourite in my house, and Sousvidelicous really saves you time and effort by delivering on of their best options yet! Highly recommended!

We had both the chestnut and chorizo versions at the same meal. They were a hit! The pork is juicy and moist and the stuffings gave just the right flavour notes. Rubbing some salt on the skin as suggested gave the most glorious crackling.
This one is a total winner.
