For transaction purposes, we store name and emails on our secure server environment. We do not store any credit card information of any kind on our servers.
All meat and vegetable weights are calculated on a pre-cooked, raw basis for each order.

2. THE FOOD
Sous vide is a unique and gentle method of precision low-temperature cooking. Pioneered in France by a chief scientist, Bruno Goussault in 1971, sous vide creates food that’s more tender, juicy and nutrient-rich than can be obtained by conventional cooking methods. In the sous vide process, food is vacuum-sealed in pouches, cooked and pasteurized at specific times and temperatures, and then flash chilled to be delivered fresh to our customers and preferred retailers. When reheated and plated, the results are simply amazing.
Sous vide foods are thoroughly slow-cooked at a precise lower temperature. Unlike traditional methods such as roasting or sautéing—which cooks food more on the outside than on the inside—low-temperature cooking prepares food perfectly inside and out. Sous-vide also:
- Removes the frustrating guesswork from cooking, which is a godsend to professional chefs who work at high volume, or home chefs who want to present restaurant-quality food in a short amount of time
- Eliminates the need for additives or preservatives, producing foods that are more natural and minimally processed
- Features deep, intense flavour and less product shrinkage
- Enhances natural flavours so fewer herbs and spices are required
- Frees up a chef to spend more time on side dishes and creative presentation
Reheating our products is so easy that you all you have to do is follow our simple finishing instructions. Sousvidelicious foods can be prepared and plated in minutes. All our products are vacuum-sealed before being fully cooked and pasteurized, eliminating all forms of harmful bacteria. Our quality assurance department ensures a high level of safety for all of our products.

All our items are produced fresh and can be kept in the chiller for up to 2 weeks. If customers desire to freeze the foods, customers can enjoy a 12- to 18-month frozen shelf life.
Yes. We have the flexibility to meet customers’ dietary needs and have developed special meals with such features as: high fiber, low calories, low carbohydrates, low and no cholesterol, low fat, low and no saturated fat, trans fat–free, low sodium, lactose free, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan high-protein.
We offer a bespoke cutting service. If there is something on our website that you like the look of, but require a different weight to the one advertised or you have read or heard about, then please do get in touch with us and we will do our best to fulfil your requirement. All our produce is sourced from the highest quality farms and finest artisan farmers, we have meat supplies coming from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Spain, Malaysia, and the United States. These animals are reared on lush pasturelands and enjoy a high level of animal husbandry.
All of our fresh meat produce is Gluten free. Some of our meat products, such as chicken cacciatore, beef cheek, osso bucco, and our artisan barbecue sauce do not currently qualify as Gluten free. They are produced in a kitchen area where ingredients containing gluten are present, stored and handled, and are processed using the same equipment. Although we do adhere to a production schedule and clean equipment between the production of different recipes, we cannot eliminate the possibility that products may contain traces of gluten. Therefore, we are unable to declare any of our chef prepared products as gluten free, even if they do not include an ingredient that contains gluten.
All our food items are marinated, prepped and pre-cooked for your convenience. Our items are ready for you to fire up as soon as you open the pack. There are only a few exceptions where we request our customers salt and season the dishes. More info can be found on each product’s information page in the store.

3. FINISHING INSTRUCTIONS
Finishing instructions can be found on the back product label of each individual product or on the product page of each product inside the store. On each product label, there is also a QR code that if scanned, will bring directly to the product page of that specific item.
To ensure there is no splatter when you reheat the items. Please ensure the items are patted dry with a paper towel to reduce the water content when heating up.
4. SHIPPING & RETURNS
If any of our products arrive with the bag broken or if there is air in it, please immediately photograph the defective product and contact our Customer Service and we will do our best to accommodate the inconvenience to you.

If a wrong item has been delivered to you by mistake, please contact our Customer Service at +6596044007 and we will provide the best solution to provide the correct item.
Unfortunately we currently do not ship internationally. We deliver island-wide to Singapore.
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
All orders will deliver within two (2) working days upon payment verification. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
The flat-rate delivery fee is S$12.00 and it is only applicable to orders below the value of $100.00 Singapore Dollars before GST (7%). All orders above $100.00 will enjoy free delivery of their items.
All your orders are sent via our trusted third-party logistic partners. Our orders are packed together with an ice pack inside an insulated bag to ensure food arrives chilled and in a safe manner.
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.
- In the event of damaged items are received in good condition and are later affected by dropping to make a hole in the bag. We will require photo proof of the affected items and your Invoice Number in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the affected items to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any item that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at info@jandpb.com
- In the event of lost or failed delivery, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories:
- In the event that the sample you’ve received is unsatisfactory in any way you perceive, we will require photo proof of the sample and your Invoice Number as well and you may be required to send us back the item for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send the affected product to you at no cost, subject to availability. The postage cost will be credited back to your account after we receive the returned item.
- In the event that you receive an expired product, we will require clear photo proof of the sample and its expiry date for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send a sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.
- In the event that you’ve received the wrong item, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent product and Invoice Number and after reviewing, we’ll re-send the correct product to you at no cost, subject to availability.
- In the event you’ve received your order with a missing sample, we will require you to email us a clear photo proof of your Invoice Number to info@jandpb.com and after which, kindly give us a call at (+65) 69044007 and our customer service officer will attend to you to find out more before a decision is made to re-send the missing sample to you at no cost, subject to availability.
5. DELIVERY & PACKING
At the moment, to cater to all our customers, we use more than one delivery service provider to ensure deliveries can take place in a timely manner for our customers.
All items are packed inside an insulated bag, which also has an ice pack to ensure items remain chilled during delivery.
All our items are pre-marinated and precooked for our customers convenience. Items are then flash chilled after to halt the cooking process and expand the shelf life of the items. Unless stated prior to delivery, where items can be left at the door step of the customer. We will leave it outside and take a photograph and will send a message to you to notify of delivery. If you are not present and there is a failed delivery, there will be a restocking fee of $20.00.
Your delivery will arrive in an insulated bag, does not have to be signed for and will keep cool for up to 2 hours unopened. During the ordering process you will be asked to provide delivery instructions for the driver to deliver your order to should you not be home to accept it.
Our crafted meats is cut to order. We deliver island-wide, the earliest arrival times are as follows:

Otherwise, we guarantee delivery within 72 hours.
The insulated bag, paper bag, and ice pack all fully recyclable. However, it depends on your local authority as to whether they accept the sous vide bags. Many of our customers have become quite creative with their bags and have used them for many things including cooler bags, storage or planters. We are constantly reviewing our packaging as our business grows, to make it easier for our customers to recycle – a plastic-free future is what we’re aiming for. We’ll keep our customers updated as this develops.

Stripe supports processing payments in more than 135 countries allowing the charge customers in their native currency if desired.
For a variety of our higher quality cuts from beef, lamb, and pork, we charge for those items on a per 100gram basis. Our products are all made to order to ensure the highest quality and freshest product for our customers. As items are ordered, a deposit is taken at time of checkout for any of these variable items and the full cost will be later charged to you when the meat has arrived. Upon successful payment of the true calculated weight, the order will be dispatched for delivery.

Because you are important to us, we want to know what you think about the products. As an added value, every time you rate the products you earn points which go straight to your account. 1 point are added to your account for every dollar spent in the store. 3 points are added to your account for every review that you give, and 5 Points for every new customer referral. You will need those points in order to redeem our food products. So keep rating the products to keep earning points!
We are in the process of removing the option to pay for your orders by ‘Account Credits’. If you have remaining credits in your account, it will be used to pay for your next checkout. If there are insufficient credits, the system will direct you automatically to pay the balance via Stripe.
