This dish is infused with “Char Siew” Asian flavours – a spicy-sweet sauce, slow-cooked to incredible flavour and texture. Fire it up quickly on the grill for a hit of smoke and char and enjoy with any meal with a chutney on the side .

The Iberico Char Siew:

Portion: 250GM (2-3PAX) 

To Keep: Store refrigerated (not frozen) in sealed pouch for up to 21 days while retaining freshness. If opened, keep in fridge for a couple days max.

To Eat: Leave pouch out to get to room temperature and fire up in Oven. Detailed guidelines are provided with delivery of each product and is also online (scroll down). Or, try to finish it your way!

1. Remove Pork from the refrigerator for at least 20mins prior to cooking to get to room temperature.

2. Preheat Oven to 230C on Grill/Broil with Fan.

3. Open bag, remove Pork and carefully pat dry on both sides with a paper towel. Discard juice and liquids from bag. Brush Pork with thick layer of provided glaze and place on wire rack.

4. Once oven is hot, place Pork onto upper rack and cook for 5-7 mins - or until a char begins to form.

5. Remove from heat, slice it up, serve and you’re ready to go!

Our finishing instructions have been tested and recommended, but can be finished off in other ways. However, results may vary.
